Las escuelas de diseño como sistemas sociales y culturales de creatividad e innovación

Resumen

La resolución de problemas complejos, la flexibilidad y la creación de ideas se identifican como competencias profesionales para 2025. La creatividad es ante todo un hecho cultural y social. Para Csikszentmihalyi (2004), la creatividad surge de la interacción de tres componentes: la cultura, el individuo y los expertos que reconocen esta creatividad. Utilizando el enfoque sistémico de la creatividad propuesto por Csikszentmihalyi como marco conceptual, estudiamos el diseño a partir de los datos del proceso creativo de estudiantes de diseño. Reflexionamos sobre la escuela como la posibilidad de un sistema vivo y creativo, formado por personas y comunidades diversas implicadas en la resolución de problemas complejos.
