Corporate social responsibility. From the notion to the management
Abstract
This book consists of a manual aimed at students, researchers and professionals in the field of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) in which the author performs a theoretical and practical review of CSR and its management. The work is divided into five chapters. The first three are dedicated to clarifying, from a didactic approach, the concept of CSR and the main reasons for its rise. In the last two chapters, the management of this intangible value is worked on, exposing a CSR management model and detailing the necessary steps to achieve an application of cross-wise CSR throughout the organization.
