Abstract

The book presents a set of research developed in the environment of postgraduate studies in order to show the methodologies and methods used for the study of objects of study on public relations and publicity. Thus, various qualitative and quantitative methods are exposed for the investigation of case studies of publicity and public relations. Focus group, Grounded Theory, Discourse analysis and experimental studies allow to know the development of these investigations and the statistics used to validate the hypotheses
