Abstract
In this article there are gathered the results of a qualitative research developed in 2010 on ethnic agencies in Spain, born due to the significant growth of immigration in Spain in the last few years. The research methodology used was the Delphi method. The main purpose was to carry out an analysis of trends that will characterize ethnic agencies in coming years.Keywords
