Abstract

The role and weight of athletes in today's sports industry, has led them to be perceived as business itself. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a profile manager that helps the athlete to build, communicate and monetize their own personal brand. This research is supported by a methodology that combines quantitative and qualitative techniques, plus a theoretical framework supported by national and international sources. The achievement of this research sheds light on the ideal profile and tasks of the athlete's personal brand.
