Public Relations in Postmodernism

Abstract

Finishing the last quinquennium that will make the 20th century go to a better life, it is time for us to elaborate some specific considerations around the phenomenon of public relations. By principle and definition, we must clarify that for some public relations are a phenomenon and for others a social function.
