Abstract

At the time of formulating the communication strategy at the service of the image, it is essential to carry out a complete identity audit, which allows us to really know what we are, and it is also essential to audit the image of the company perceived by public bodies, in order to know how they think we are. Thus, in a logical way, we can determine the objectives we intend to achieve, and based on them, on what attributes we must act.
