Advertising and freedom of expression
Abstract
The triumph of the liberal bourgeoisie and the evolution that made it into the dominant power, allowed those listings of rights and natural freedoms that were used as an instrument of change against the despotic monarchy, to become universal declarations of rights and freedoms of man, content, even today, indispensable in the Constitutions. In a legal philosophy in which positivism was the dominant note, the recognition of these rights and their maximum protection by the legal system also fulfilled the function of endowing the legal system with legitimacy, which, moreover, denied any Theo laughs about justice. Keywords
