Abstract

From the origins of humanity, in all civilizations, proto colo has been the computer element of the spatio-temporal spheres in which any public appearance or external manifestation of those persons or groups that have exercised power has taken place. It appears in any human group and historical period, without discerning about the legitimate or illegitimate nature of that power: it orders actions and public spaces where it is exercised with practical criteria, regardless of political regimes and forms that they adopt (totalitarian or democratic, republics or monarchies).
