Abstract

At this point and after half a century practicing marketing techniques it seems idle that we now stop to reflect on the relationship between two processes that always appear inseparable: commerce and communication. It is obvious that communication is to the marketing what the shadow to the body. There is no process or commercial operation that is not the result of any previous act or previous series of communication acts.
